This stack pairs two distinct families of growth-hormone-axis research peptides in a single lyophilised vial: CJC-1295 (no-DAC variant, also known as Modified GRF 1-29), a 29-residue tetrasubstituted analogue of the first 29 residues of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), and Ipamorelin, a synthetic 5-residue pentapeptide classified as a growth hormone secretagogue (GHS) that acts via the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). The two compounds belong to mechanistically complementary categories used in laboratory studies of pulsatile growth hormone signalling.

Preclinical literature has examined CJC-1295 (no-DAC) in models of GHRH receptor binding and somatotroph stimulation, and Ipamorelin in models of ghrelin receptor activation with reportedly minimal effect on prolactin or cortisol pathways in test systems. The stack format supports investigations of synergistic activation across the GHRH and ghrelin receptor pathways under controlled in-vitro conditions. Lyophilisation & Stability
